The purpose of this paper is to propose an approach for incorporating Statistical Process Control (SPC) charting technique monitor and continuously improve the learning processes by monitoring satisfaction students who used interactive computer-based material, which was produced solve problems in Operation Management course. By applying SPC methods, authors examine sources process variation (common or special causes) analyse ability teaching strategies ensure acquisition development competencies skills demanded current university studies. A total 184 participated experience. findings show that under control therefore due common causes. However, Capability Analysis carried out, reveals has not enough capacity achieve specifications required teachers involved educational project. This quantitative will only allow self-assessment, but can be comparative purposes (other strategies, colleges, etc.). Thus, a complementary assessment should included within Quality Learning Assurance Systems at higher education institutions.
